Terms of Service
Last updated: July 14, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PC Web Systems website, account system, checkout, products, downloads, licensing services, update services, support channels, and related services. These services are provided by PC Web Systems LLC (“PC Web Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using our website, creating an account, purchasing a product or service, downloading or installing software, or using a PC Web Systems product or service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable website, product, or service.
1. Company products and services
PC Web Systems develops and provides software, website tools, server-related products, recording tools, online services, downloads, licensing systems, support resources, and other technology products. The features, system requirements, availability, and supported uses of each product or service may be described on its product page, purchase page, documentation, or license information.
2. Accounts
You may need an account to purchase, download, register, update, manage, or receive support for a PC Web Systems product or service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You are responsible for activity under your account, including purchases, downloads, license registration, device management, support requests, and account changes.
3. Purchases and payment processing
Purchases may be processed through Square or another authorized payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers, bank account numbers, CVV codes, or complete payment credentials on our servers. Payment processors may provide us with transaction status, order or payment identifiers, amount, currency, and related verification information needed to complete a purchase and provide the applicable product or service.
Prices, discounts, product availability, subscriptions, and promotional offers may change at any time before purchase. A purchase is not complete until payment is verified by the payment processor and accepted by our system.
4. License grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any required fees, PC Web Systems grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use purchased software according to the product, version, edition, account, device, and usage limits associated with your purchase or trial.
License keys, serial numbers, download tokens, update access, account access, and other protected credentials may not be sold, rented, leased, shared publicly, transferred, sublicensed, or used to bypass product restrictions unless PC Web Systems expressly authorizes the transfer in writing.
5. Device registration and license checks
A PC Web Systems product may require registration and periodic server checks to verify license status, device eligibility, version eligibility, update access, and protected download access. A product or protected feature may be limited or denied when registration cannot be verified, a license is revoked, a device is not authorized, a payment is reversed, or an account is not eligible.
Device identifiers used for license checks are intended to prevent unauthorized use and license abuse. Their collection and use are described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Downloads and updates
Protected downloads and updates may use short-lived tokens, account verification, license verification, package validation, file hashes, digital signatures, and other security checks. You agree not to bypass, tamper with, scrape, automate abuse of, or interfere with our download or update systems.
Executable installers and updates may be flagged by browsers, antivirus products, or operating systems while reputation builds for a new file, certificate, version, or download path. We may provide publisher information, filenames, versions, signatures, and file hashes to help you verify legitimate downloads.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use our websites, accounts, downloads, products, support services, and related systems only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, contracts, workplace policies, platform rules, license terms, privacy obligations, and third-party rights.
You are responsible for determining whether you have the right and authorization to use a product for a particular purpose, including operating a server, publishing content, processing data, recording media, managing websites, or connecting third-party services.
8. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- Use a PC Web Systems product or service for unlawful surveillance, harassment, stalking, credential theft, fraud, malware activity, unauthorized access, or other illegal activity.
- Access, collect, record, publish, transmit, or process private communications, confidential information, protected content, or third-party material without required authorization or consent.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, crack, bypass, or defeat license checks, registration systems, download tokens, update security, digital signatures, obfuscation, or technical protection measures except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
- Share, publish, sell, rent, lease, transfer, or distribute license keys, account credentials, protected download links, update packages, installer files, or other protected materials in violation of these Terms.
- Use bots, scrapers, vulnerability scanners, automated tools, or excessive requests to abuse our websites, account systems, downloads, checkout, support forms, APIs, servers, or infrastructure.
- Upload, transmit, or submit malware, exploit code, spam, fraudulent content, or harmful data through our websites, products, or support channels.
- Misrepresent your identity, payment status, purchase eligibility, license status, device identity, or affiliation with PC Web Systems.
9. Your content, data, and responsibility
PC Web Systems does not claim ownership of content, recordings, websites, databases, documents, configurations, or other material you create or manage with our products. You remain responsible for your content and data, including authorization, storage, backup, security, deletion, publication, sharing, privacy, and legal compliance.
If you voluntarily send logs, screenshots, recordings, configuration files, databases, or other materials to support, you are responsible for removing private, confidential, or sensitive information unless it is necessary for support.
10. Support
Support may be provided through contact forms, account tickets, email, documentation, product tools, or other channels we make available. We may use account, purchase, license, device, diagnostic, and support information to investigate and respond to a request.
We may decline support for unsupported versions, modified software, unauthorized copies, revoked licenses, abusive requests, third-party systems outside our control, or requests that require assistance with unlawful activity.
11. Trials, refunds, subscriptions, and cancellations
Trials, refunds, subscriptions, cancellations, and promotional offers are subject to the terms displayed at the time of the offer or purchase. Unless a specific refund policy is posted or applicable law requires otherwise, purchases of downloadable software may be final once payment is verified, a license is issued, or a protected download is accessed.
Any recurring service may be subject to separate billing, renewal, cancellation, and service-level terms shown at purchase. This section does not limit rights provided by applicable consumer-protection law.
12. Intellectual property
Our websites, software, logos, branding, documentation, designs, code, download systems, update systems, licensing systems, and related materials are owned by PC Web Systems LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property and other laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to you except for the limited rights expressly granted by these Terms or an applicable written license.
13. Third-party services
Our websites and products may rely on or connect to third-party services or components, including payment processors, email providers, hosting providers, domain registrars, DNS providers, Cloudflare, operating systems, browsers, signing services, analytics tools, software libraries, and infrastructure providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, security, content, pricing, changes, or actions of third-party services outside our control.
14. Security
You may not test, scan, attack, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to our websites, accounts, servers, APIs, downloads, update systems, licensing systems, payment flows, support systems, or infrastructure.
If you believe you have found a security issue, report it responsibly to [email protected]. Do not exploit, publicly disclose, or misuse the issue.
15. Changes to products, services, or terms
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of our websites, products, accounts, downloads, update services, support services, pricing, or features. We may also update these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to an account, license, download, update, support channel, website, product, or service if we believe these Terms were violated, a payment was reversed or fraudulent, a license was abused, a security risk exists, or action is required to protect customers, PC Web Systems, service providers, or the public.
Upon termination, you must stop using affected software and protected services unless we state otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
17. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our websites, software, downloads, updates, documentation, and support are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not guarantee that any website, product, or service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every system, or suitable for every purpose.
You are responsible for maintaining backups, protecting accounts and systems, verifying product output, testing settings before important use, maintaining sufficient storage and system resources, and complying with applicable laws and policies.
18. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PC Web Systems LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost recordings, website downtime, business interruption, device or server issues, security incidents caused by customer conduct, or inability to use a website, product, or service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a website, product, purchase, license, download, update, or support service will not exceed the amount you paid PC Web Systems for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PC Web Systems LLC from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of our websites, products, or services; your content or data; your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or your infringement of another person’s rights.
